Imagine a tool that sets client tasks and reminders, tracks their progress between sessions, and gathers real-time insights on their thoughts & feelings - all without adding extra work for you. ANTSA keeps you connected and ensures key points are ready for discussion at their next session.

Who founded ANTSA?

Sally-Anne McCormack is a Clinical Psychologist, founder and director of ANTSA Pty Ltd.  With almost two decades of experience working with clients, she knows that, "Therapy takes place BETWEEN the sessions", and she recognises the importance of practitioners being able to inspire, motivate, and monitor clients on a regular basis, but can see that this can lead to stress and burnout without some automatic and digitised processes put in place.

After taking a brief hiatus from work, following hip surgery in 2021, Sally-Anne began reflecting on ways to continue supporting her clients in their mental health journeys despite not being able to meet with them during that period.  After two years of reflection, investigation and R&D, ANTSA was created - a digital platform designed to enable practitioners to stay connected with their clients in between appointments.

Why do you need ANTSA?

As mental health practitioners, we dedicate our lives to helping others. Do we make a difference? Are our clients completing the activities we set? Do they practice our strategies? Educate themselves about their mental health?

21% of Australians experience mental illness every year, and almost half of us (42.9%) are affected by mental illness at some stage in our lives (ABS 2023). Statistics show us that 3.4 million Aussies seek help, and there are times when we are close to burn-out.

We know that we need a better work-life balance.  However, we worry about our clients and how they are managing from one session to the next.  We don't have the time to remind them daily to complete their tasks, and when we see them, it's often hard to sort through what has happened in that time apart. And how many of us find our clients say a "door-knob disclosure" right at the end of the session because they couldn't get to the crux of their issues in a straight-forward way?

What are the benefits of ANTSA?

ANTSA streamlines and automates the scheduling and tracking of homework assignments, allows clients to provide feedback to their practitioner, provides a wealth of information and resources on mental health, enabling clients to further understand their conditions.
