jAImee – AI Therapy Support Assistant

For mental health practitioners, jAImee provides structured insight into clients’ between-session experiences. Clients can access jAImee between appointments, where interactions are delivered through conversational AI designed to reflect evidence-informed therapeutic communication. All interactions are practitioner-assigned and reviewable, supporting informed understanding of client engagement, emerging themes, and progress over time. This ensures jAImee operates within the practitioner’s therapeutic framework and aligns with professional and ethical standards.

jAImee has been designed with a strong focus on privacy, security, and confidentiality. All interactions are encrypted and securely stored, with access limited to authorised practitioners. Data is hosted on Australian servers and managed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. Security protocols are reviewed and updated regularly to meet evolving standards.

jAImee is an evolving system that benefits from practitioner input. Practitioner review and feedback contribute to ongoing refinement, supporting safe and appropriate use within clinical contexts. This ensures jAImee remains clinically relevant and aligned with professional expectations.

jAImee supports between-session care within a governed clinical environment. It does not replace therapy, nor does it function as an unsupervised AI tool. It exists to support practitioner-led care between appointments, helping maintain continuity of care and professional responsibility in modern mental health practice.
